AMC60804: Request for documentation

Part Number: AMC60804

Tool/software:

I requested documentation for part AMC60804 and I received an email stating that my request for documentation has been approved, but when I go to my account and the secure documentation tab, all of the file links do not work.

    Hi Adam, 

    Interesting. I see you on the list of approved users, and the links all work for me when I go to access them. Are you getting any error message when you try to download the files? Are you logging in with the same ti.com account email that you used to request the files? I assume so because it is the same email associated with the account you used to post this question. 

    Can you try accessing them with this direct link instead of navigating to the secure resources page?

    The error message that I get when trying to download the AMC60804 Product Datasheet file is the "It looks like we've encountered some resistance". I am logged in with the same account, and the same thing happens when I click on the link you've attached above as well. I really am only interested in the AMC60804 Product Datasheet file, so is there any way you could possibly email me this file directly?
