H.E.A.T Board lifetime

Hello,

on the page for the H.E.A.T Board (http://www.ti.com/tool/heatevm) I found in the documentation, that the board is operational for 200h in a 200°C oven and can withstand 250°C at maximum.

Furthermore I read, that the semiconductors are operational for 1000h at 210°C. Those statements do not contradict each other, but I still wanted to ask a question about it.

As the semiconductors can last longer at a higher temperature and the board itself can withstand 250°C,  what parts decrease the life time of the board to 200h at 200°C?

Thanks,

Tobias
