Hello I am trying to read analog data using AFE58JD18 with TSW14J50. But I encountered an error with the software.

Here are details about error and troubleshooting:-

I did check the forums and downloaded older version of the software but still the same issue about ""it cannot find the HMC-DAQ GUI at the location".
While installing I did observed that HSDC by default gets installed in "Program File" where as HMC-DAQ gets installed in "Program Files (x86)". The user manual mentioned that both should have default path as "Program Files (x86)"
I manually changed the path while installing and encountered another error about LABVIEW.

I am using windows 11 operating system.

Hi.

Did you install device EVM software?

You need to install hsdc_pro and device Evm and neep to open hsdc_pro . Are you following the same ?

Hello Sachin,

Firstly I installed hsdc_pro (default path Program Files) and then device EVM HMC_DAQ (default path Program Files x86). It gave me error GUI not found. Then I manually changed the default path to program files x86 and it gave me the above error (image).

According to the user_manual both software should have default path Program Files x86.
