ADC12DJ3200QML-SP: Low frequency (0.1Hz to 100Hz) 1/f noise performance

Part Number: ADC12DJ3200QML-SP

Tool/software:

We are currently flying an experimental system and working on a future space design utilizing your ADC in our system.

This system performance is quickly degraded by any low frequency gain or offset variations in the frequency range 0.1Hz to 100 Hz.  Generally this noise has a 1/f spectrum.

Currently the performance of the 3200QML is not meeting our needs.  We are considering using the positive analog supply in place of the onboard reference, which is an option for this part described in the specification.

Can you provide any measurements or application information on the low frequency performance of the part and the improvement expected from switching from the internal reference to the (lower noise) supply?
