Dear Expert
The respiratory impedance of 1292, with the same circuit, some machines have larger AC peak to peak impedance waveforms with the same mean. Changing the phase shift from 135 ° to 0 ° can result in a decrease similar to that of a normal machine. How can we determine the most suitable value for this phase shift? Please advise.
Hello Gabriel,
Thank you for your post.
Generally speaking, the phase setting is based on the R-C time constant of the respiration receive signal chain. The applications section in the ADS1292R data sheet has recommended combinations for Gain and Phase settings.
Can you share your ADS1292R schematic to show the complete signal path for RESP_MODP/N and the input electrodes? What are you using as a test signal source?
Regards,
Ryan
