Hello,
We have a new die revision that does not match with parts previously purchased/tested in the past.
The part number is ADS1015IRUGR and was purchased from Digi-key.
The new die markings are "ADS115", maskwork copyright "2016" with the "TI" initials.

These are legitimate devices.
Change in internal die markings comes from a change in manufacturing, these devices simply come from a different manufacturing site, compared to the parts previously purchased/tested in the past.
You can verify from the packaging which should be marked 'N7J'.
