ADC16DV160: SNR & SFDR Specifications for ADC16DV160 while providing 70Mhz Fin

Dear Team,

We are planning to use the ADC part (ADC16DV160) in our design for Fin of 70MHz at  the sampling frequency of 100MHz.

Can you please provide the test results of SNR, SINAD, SFDR and ENOB details for our specific configuration?

This test data will be really help full for our further design process.

We need data at Fin 70MHz @ -1dBFS & 0dB & -20dB power levels.

    Please see the typical curves in the datasheet starting on page 13 of the datasheet for the SNR, SINAD and SFDR of the device.  The device does not specify ENOB.

    Thanks for your reply. We can get the approximate SNR, SINAD and SFDR of the device details from the graph provided in the datasheet.

    We need exact test result to get the approval for implementing ADC in our custom module.

    So can you test and provide the data for below mentioned IF specification with different power levels.

    We can calculate the ENOB from the SNR & SINAD values from test results.

    We can take this data, but this will only be on one device per the EVM setup.

    Unfortunately, the EVM SW is too old and would not work on Windows11 or 10 platforms.

    We will unsuccessful in bringing up the EVM to take the data.
