    Hi Maxim,

    I believe you are referring to the AINx/GPIOx pins. In this case, when they are configured as analog or digital inputs, they are floating, and are not internally pulled up or down. If used as digital inputs, they should be pulled up or down externally. 

    When these pins are configured as digital outputs, they can be set to be either open-drain (pulled up externally) or push-pull (high and low are actively driven).
