Hi Hui Cao22,

One GPIO signal from your microcontroller can be used as the /SYNC/RESET signal for all your 4pcs ADS131M08 device. I would recommend you to check the datasheet for the details. How did you clear the FIFO on the ADC? If you have a trouble to correctly retrieve the data, please provide your timing plot for SPI interface including /DRDY signal, and also your schematic will be helpful to address the issue.

You can find the address from the top of the CFG register as shown below, this is the register to configure global chop mode.
