DAC38J82: Need further response on DAC38J82 and TI JESD IP

Hi Ti Experts,

 

We have been working on DAC38J82 device and struggling with the JESD interface for quite a few months. We designed our own board with Xilinx K7 FPGA and DAC38J82 with LMK04828 clocking.

We tried  TI204C-IP, the setup seemed work fine but actually no signal came out from hardware. My engineer asked this question in a separate thread(e2e.ti.com/.../5307802 ), but did not get any further response several weeks ago.  

Because of the project schedule, we can NOT always keep waiting, can anybody look into above thread and help? If TI experts don’t have any ideas either, we may have to switch to Analog PN.
