    Hello Chen,

    The connections around the TLA2022 are correct.  You will want some kind of RC filter on the AIN0 input to reduce external noise.

    Also, it appears you are using FETs for a voltage translation, I assume from 5V (TLA2022) to 3.3V.  I cannot comment on how well this circuit may work.  An alternative would be to use an I2C voltage level translator, such as the LSF0002.
