Tool/software:
In the AMC131M03 datasheet it specifies that the DTI (Distance Through Insulation) is >=0.021mm
I'm looking to use this IC in a design that would need to be certified to IEC 61010 with one of the stipulations being a distance through solid insulation of >=0.1mm. It seems the AMC131M03 meets all of the other creepage and voltage isolation requirements, so I just wanted to validate with a TI engineer if I'm interpreting the datasheet correctly before excluding this part from consideration. 0.021mm seems very small and very specific for a 5kVrms isolation rated part.
