I have a question about the ADS131A02IPBSR.
Sometimes POR is unintentionally executed during operation.
What are some possible items, including external factors, that may cause the POR (power-on reset) to be executed?

Just to confirm your answer, by “supply voltage” do you mean “AVDD” or “lOVDD”?

The POR can trigger if either supply drops below the POR threshold, which is ~1.3V for IOVDD and ~2.2V for AVDD. Note that these are typical values, and might shift across temperature, etc.
