I would like to calculate the accuracy error of the ADS8678IDBT. The calculation method we are currently considering is as follows, but we would like you to check if there are any mistakes.

How to Calculate Accuracy Error
From ADS8678 datasheet
ADS8678 gain drift MAX is 4ppm/℃.
The offset drift MAX of ADS8678 is 12ppm/℃.
Total drift from the above is 16ppm/℃.
Converting this value to %, we get
16ppm/℃ = 0.0016% FSR/℃.

Maximum operating temperature of IC itself is 125°C
Since the temperature deviation from room temperature (25°C) is 125-25=100°C, the maximum FS accuracy error is
0.0016% FSR/℃x100=0.16
The maximum voltage to be detected when using this parts this time is 5.12V, so
5.12x0.0016=0.008192
Therefore, the FS accuracy error, when converted to voltage, is ±8.192mV.
