hello, I am looking for a solution to produce a linear frequency chirp from 8 - 12 GHz in 1 microsecond. Does TI have a DDS or other high-fidelity frequency synthesizer that would meet these requirements?

You can certainly achieve this using the DAC39RF10-SP, but you will need an FPGA to source the data through the JESD204 interface.

The DAC39RF10-SP can only generate sine wave signals without an FPGA.

Thank you for your quick response. Are TI's DACs limited to 12 GHz? We may need the sweep up to 12.5 or even 13 GHz. Are there higher frequency ones that I've missed on your product page?

The DAC39RF10 and it's variants can output signals beyond 20GHz. There is a bandwidth plot included in the datasheet.
