The effective sample rate would be 20GSPS and the nyquist rate would then be 10GSPS. But you won’t be able to sample signals outside the bandwidth of the ADC linearly. Refer to the datasheet bandwidth plot (Figure 5-1) to see the bandwidth of the ADC begin to drop at 8GHz. In doing this, you will need to implement some interleaving correction algorithm. Our advice is to ensure that the analog board design is as perfectly aligned as possible which should help make the correction easier.
