AFE2256: FEA material data card for AFE2256GR

Hi,

I am currently conducting a thermal transfer simulation using Ansys FEA on our heat sink design for the AFE2256GR chip. Could you let me know if Texas Instruments provides a material data card for this component specifically for FEA purposes? If such a card is available, could you please provide me with a link to download the information?
