The customer's current TSC2007-Q1 touch operation problem is as follows.
[Problem]
1) If you initially turn on the power and immediately press the touch button, “the touch does not work”
2) Upon verification, even when connecting a pull-up resistor of 4.7kΩ to the SDL pin of TSC2007-Q1, the output remains set to low, causing the touch functionality to be completely non-operational until the power is reset.
Once TSC2007-Q1 is set to output low, it is impossible to release it through S/W until the power is turned off and on.
The shorter the duration of the power cycle, the more frequently this issue occurs. Even if the TWI is initialized 1 second after powering on, the problem persists.
Trying to change the pullup resistor and try various other methods just in case, but there is no way once SCL goes low.
It doesn't happen every time, but it happens when the power is turned on, so there seems to be some condition before turning the power on, and I think that needs to be resolved.
As in the previous E2E inquiry, I tried testing by connecting a pull-down resistor such as 2k2 to Vcc, but the same problem persists.

Q1) Can you confirm what the problem is?
Q2) Is there a way to solve it?
Q3) I am considering replacing it with TSC2013QPWRQ1, but does TSC2013QPWRQ1 have the same problem as above?
