During the startup, what will it be happened when RESET pin is held low? Is the glitch also occurred?

Hi Yamamato-san,

The state of the RESET pin will not change the behavior on startup. The glitch depends on how fast you ramp up your voltage - faster ramps will see a higher glitch, slower ramps will see a lower glitch.

Does DAC80516 have the function that makes the output of DAC80516 Hi-Z(Open)? Currently the glitch during startup is the problem for customer's application, so my customer would like to make the output of DAC80516 zero during startup.
