Why does the evaluation board have an input resistance of 4.12 kΩ?（R90,R61,R66････)

That seems like a very large value.

    Hi ?? ??,

    The ADS114S08 has very low leakage current (high input impedance), so a larger input resistance can be used (but is not strictly necessary). In other words, smaller values are possible, but I wouldn't use a much larger value
