Customer is trying to calibrate the INL of the DAC.

Wouldn't it be possible to monitor the DAC output using FB pin, and calibrate the output manually?

Hi Kei-san, 

The FB pin is not a monitor, it is the inverting input of the internal output buffer. It could be used as a sense connection to compensate voltage drop over long wire connections, but there is not a way to use it to calibrate out INL. 

INL/DNL are tricky to calibrate. You'd have to measure and plot every DAC code and come up with a unique transfer function that matches the true curve of the DAC due to INL errors.
