ADS131E08: Wrong ID register value

Welcome to the E2E forum. It looks like the delay between the bytes in your timing is around 1us, what's your CLK frequency? there is a delay requirement between the bytes when sending multi-byte commands, please see the following section 9.5.3.1 from the ADS131E08 datasheet. 

Below is a good timing example to read the ID register on ADS131E08 ADC, 0xD2 was received as expected.
