For TI designs, we may only provide the gerbers for the PCB. However, for TIPD158, I think one of the downloads has the complete Altium files for the project. Here's the product folder:

In the first schematic download, I think the files are all there:
I downloaded it just to check and it looked like it had all the schematic and PCB files.
