Hi I'm testing SPO2 by AFE4950_Register_Generation_v2.1_SpO2_10ph.xlsm with AFE4950EVM kit. It will has 4 data - TIA-3, TIA-5, TIA-8 and TIA-10. How can I calculate SPO2 by those data? Thanks in advanced.

Hello Edmond,
Thank you for your post. The calculation of SpO2 from AC and DC components of Red and IR are fairly well documented. However, accurate % SpO2 is computed based on the
empirical calibration of the ratio of ratios for the specific device. We generally do not go into the details of the SpO2 calculation as we leave the implementation of the algorithms to the users.
The application note below gives a little more background about this as well as useful techniques for acquiring a good PPG signal.
