We are facing functional Test Fail , ADC values are lower for Channel-1 in IC, ADS7924, 4 Channel 12-Bit ADC with I

CH0 Behaving Abnormal

Expected Value Read : 12V
Measured Value Read : below 10V in three different bad chips .

.Our Analysis - Replaced ADS7924 chip and getting the values as expected .
Faulty ADS7924 chip mounted on good Boards still seeing bad values .

Hi Parveen,

Welcome to our e2e forum! Can you please provide a schematic snippet that shows how you have CH0-CH3 inputs to the ADS7924 connected (as well as MUXOUT to ADCIN)? Also - how are you providing power to AVDD?
