ADS8861: The Dout pin gives a constant high (i.e '1') as an output .

Tool/software:

I am using the FPGA get the sampled data. I am using a 3-wire operation and so far I have taken everything from the data sheeet .

Sclk :- 25 MHz (40 ns).

Time between conversions :  Well beyond 1000ns.

Acquisition time :- 640 ns . (well above the limits of min acquition ).

Attached are the waveforms below .

Waveform 1: The bottom on is the convst signal . The middle one is the Sclk . and the one above it is Din (Constant high at 3.3v). Pink one is the input wave which is to be sampled.

Waveform 2:

Its shows the time between conversions are also good .

The out of the Dout is a constant 3.3V high waveform . Any solutions ?
