Tool/software:
I'm looking for an ADC EVK and Capture Card pairing, I've looked at a lot of offerings but have failed to come up with anything satisfactory.
Requirements:
- at least 12 bit resolution
- at least 100 MSps
- capable of DC coupling the input (this was one of the main limiting factors when I was searching myself, there seem to be many ADCs that otherwise lineup but don't support DC coupled inputs)
- a Vcm (common mode voltage) in the range 0.8 V - 1.1 V
This ADC would need to have an EVK readily available for purchase, alongside a capture card that works out of the box with the DATACONVERTERPRO they all seem to use.
For reference the ADC3643 met all these specs but except the sampling rate, and I've found many RF ADCs that meet the specs except the DC coupling requirement.
I would also accept an EVK that uses a lower specced version of another faster pin compatible chip.
