Could you please assist with the AD12DJ5200RF EVM setup and the related error?

Below is a screenshot of the TSW14J59 GUI error message.

EVM B/D TEST setup

1. Sampling Clock : 3.93216GHz

2. Ref Clock : 245,76MHz

3. Input : 225MHz

- ADCxxDJxx00RF EVM GUI setup

1. Clock Source : External Clock

2. External Fs Selection : 3932.16MHz

3. Sampling and Calibration Mode : JMODE 60

4. EVM Sequence calibration

    Hi KB,

    Can you show us how you configured the ADC with the GUI? Please us a screen capture or two.

    Can you confirm the current setting on the TSW14J59EVM is 4A or higher?

    We are sending you the ADC GUI settings screenshot as requested.

    Please urgently review it. The ADC part of the board we developed is not functioning properly.

    We greatly need your assistance. Also, the power supply is providing sufficient current at the 7A level.

    Everything seems correct for the GUI, but can you clarify your statement above please?

    "The ADC part of the board we developed is not functioning properly."

    Did you make modifications to the EVM or you are using your own board that you have designed?

    Please advise.

    Hi Rob

    The GUI settings you mentioned seem fine, but when I run the setup with that EVM, an error occurs.
    I’m curious why such an error is happening.
    Could you please check if there are any issues after setting up with the EVM board that Rob used?
    If no error occurs, we plan to apply that raw data value to our target board.
    For now, could you urgently verify if the error is resolved first?
