ADS127L21B: Is there any better ADC concerning INL?

Hello,
I'm searching the best ADC from TI concerning INL (integral nonlinearity). I found no method to search in the list of ADCs concerning INL. But I found a very good ADC, it is the ADS127L21B. My question is, is there any better ADC available from TI?

    Hello Kaufmann,

    We just released the ADS127L21B, and to the best of my knowledge, this is TI's best precision ADC for linearity.

    Are you looking for a lower INL specification, or an equivalent INL over a wider temperature range, or both?  As you noted, the ADS127L21B already has very good INL specified over different temperature ranges.
