We purchased a TX7364EVM development board through the official website. Recently, we have encountered some problems during the debugging process. The specific descriptions are as follows:
We installed the TX7364 Demo software in accordance with the TX7364 EVM User's Guide. However, after I opened the Demo software, I couldn't find the option for the TX7364 chip in the scripts section.Also, we added the "devInit.py" file through the File subdirectory in the RUN drop-down menu, but it prompted that the hardware device could not be found.
We measured the various power supplies and clocks on the board, and confirmed that all the power supplies and the 250MHz clock were working properly. Moreover, the status of the LED indicator on the board was also normal.
