Hi,

Please be more specific on what details are needed here. As I don't see any INL/DNL plot if that is what you are asking.

Also, the ADC32RF55 is a newer device and it has a few INL plots in the datasheet.

Hi Rob,
Yes.I am looking for the Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) values for the ADC32RF44 part number. I have reviewed the datasheet but could not find these specific values, which are typically included. Any assistance you could provide in obtaining this information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

As suggested the ADC32RF55 would be a better choice overall in terms of performance and the INL/DNL is listed.

Unfortunately, we don't have the INL/DNL information on the ADC32RF44.
