Fig. 2-1 of EVM schematic indicates R94=3.01 Ohm in series with AVDD1. What is it's purpose and is it required? I'm not seeing a description for it.

Hi Steve,
The ADS127L11 has small internal bypass capacitors, in addition to the recommended external capacitors, and we have found that adding this external resistor results in lower noise and overall better performance of the ADC. It is not necessary for functional operation of the device, but we always recommend including this resistor for improved noise performance.
We do not specify this resistance, but any value in the range of 2Ohm to 4Ohm will work well, with 3Ohm as the typical value.
