i am inquiring on the long term stability data (ppm/√kh) for this DAC, for 1000 and 2000 hours, i did not find ant reference to stability on the website.

HI Charles,

We did not characterize this spec for this device, so we do not have data to share.

We do have some long-term drift data in the DAC60501 datasheet if you require a device with drift data.

How about the rad hard version DAC121S101QML-SP? or because this was a National Semi part you have no data?

Hi Charles,

You are right. Other than what is shared in the datasheet, we have limited data from the part's original characterization. I checked and didn't see anything for either parts. I would think that if they originally did do any long term drift char, they would have included it in the datasheet. We only have the additional radiation report for the SP part.
