ADS131M04EVM: Cannot open GUI "Unable to locate the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine"

Tool/software:

I have tried this install on both Windows 11 and Windows 10. The first attempt was to install using the default options on windows 11 which includes installing lab view run time 2016. I then tried to install the 2019 run time engine. This was met with the same error. I installed the 2024 lab view run time engine and got the same results. I then tried the same steps using windows 10.

This is the error I get no matter what version of windows I am on and regardless of installing lab view 2019 run time engine.

How do I resolve this so I can evaluate the device?

    Hi Michael,

    Welcome to the forum!  Did you install the EVM GUI software as an administrator of your PC? also, 32-bit version of the 2019 LabView runtime engine is required if you were trying to install it, not 64-bit version. You are not required to uninstall the 64-bit version if it was already installed. You just need to make sure you add the 32-bit version.
