ADS9120: SDI input impedance

We use the ADS9120 to read an analog signal,

we use it in the default mode, we do not write anything to it,

the pin 22 is left floating, SDI, and we are wondering if there is an integrated pullup or down into the component ??

is that might cause any problem if we left the SDI pin floating ?

Hi Ziad,

Hope you're doing well. There is no internal pull-up/down on SDI in this device. I would recommend leaving it connected so it is not floating.

in fact the design is already produced, is there any risk if we left the SDI floating ?

Hi Ziad,

If SDI is left floating, although unlikely, in the chance of random voltage readings that translate to some op code in the first few bits, it could cause some random register writes.
