ADS131M04: Can it be set to 64kSPS?

Yes, the part numbers are same. The Turbo feature was supported on the silicon from the beginning of 2023. The "3" in the "31" date code means 2023. You can contact TI's local office and check with them when you place the order. The date code larger than 31 would be good.

An additional question.

Are there any devices in the ADS131M04 series that support 64kSPS regardless of the manufacturing date?

For example, does the ADS131M04-Q1 (automotive product) support 64kSPS regardless of the manufacturing date?

I believe ADS131M04-Q1 is same in terms of supporting 64ksps data rate, but I have to check with one team member, it is a holiday in the US so have to wait until next week.

ADS131A04 may be a good device for you, it has charge pumps that can support a bipolar input signal under the ground (0V), it is a 4-ch simultaneous-sampling delta-sigma ADC like ADS131M04, but ADS131A04 data rate is up to 128ksps. You can take a look at it.
