I can not find any in the datasheets.

    The ADS127L21B boasts a max INL (Integral Non-Linearity) specification of 0.8 ppm of FSR (Full Scale Range) over the operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. This exceptional DC precision ensures that your measurements are accurate and reliable, even in the most demanding applications.

    The ADS127L21(non-B) has max INL (Integral Non-Linearity) specification of 1.8 ppm of FSR (Full Scale Range) over the operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.

    This the difference.
