ADC08100: abnormal conversion time

Tool/software:

I have an ADC08100 running at 80MHz clock.
“Data is not fixed at OutPut Hold Time.
Is it a device failure?
Looking at the waveform, it takes more than 20ns before the data is finalized.

Hi Tomoji,

Please forward us your schematics for review the output waveform is too slow.

Is there a series resistor in line with the outputs?
