What is the application?
Referring to the schematic above: The HGND connection cannot be connected to Neutral if the other device inputs are still connected to the line. This is because the device only has isolation from the left to right side of the device. Between the pins on the left side, there is no isolation and all the input pins should be within ~5V of each other.

If you wanted to connect HGND to Neutral, you would have to move all the input connections to/near Neutral.

thanks Saleh, it solved my question. our design uses CT for current sensing and resistor divider that makes analog input much less than 5V. Have a great day !
