Hi sir,

I am currently working with the ADC31JB68RTAT IC and have encountered an issue while using the IBIS model for SI simulation. According to the datasheet, pins 23 to 26 of the IC are output pins. However, in the IBIS model, the I/O type for these pins is defined as input-only.

For accurate SI simulation, it is critical to have the I/O type set to output for these pins. Could you kindly clarify if this is a model error or if there is an updated IBIS model with the correct I/O type for pins 23 to 26? Your assistance in providing the necessary details or an updated model would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Riswitha,

    Unfortunately this device is pretty old and the current IBIS model is posted on it's webpage. I assume you have download that file and are using this model?

    Also, please put a pic or snippet of the error within the IBIS model in question.

    I don't see these pins in error as you are referring to within this file.
