DAC7552: Encapsulation alternative for DAC7552

Tool/software:

We are using the DAC7552 and are having problems with the soldering process (reflow oven).
Is there a version with VSSOP packaging?
I found the DAC7562T. Could this be a possible replacement?

Hi Adriano,

The DAC7562T is TTL 5V logic compatible. The VIH threshold is 2.1V and VIL threshold is 0.8V. The DAC7562 VIH is 0.7*VDD and VIL is 0.3*VDD. If these logic levels are compatible with your system, then you can use the DAC7562T as a replacement.
