AMC7823: Can I ground the ELDADC and CONVERT input pins?

Part Number: AMC7823

Tool/software:

HI - On the AMC7823 we are not using the ELDAC or the CONVERT pins (software triggered design). Can I just ground these two inputs? Crowded routing makes adding pull-down resistors difficult. I suspect it is OK but wanted to check. Thanks much!
