The ADC3649 is released and on the web at TI.com.

For the EVM please use the ADC3669EVM for your evaluation.

This is coupled with the TSWDC155EVM for purchase as well.

 both seem to be out of stock from my point of view:

ADC3649

ADC3669EVM

TSWDC155EVM

... I need to decide if we base our design on this chip, in the next two weeks. - Availability of at least a sample quantity of 40..50 pcs by end of Q2 is mandatory for us. The Evaluation board(s) would be needed end on march...

Hi Alex,

I don't see that as an issue.

I can check on the TSWDC155, that is probably in rebuild now.

The ADC3669 just hit stock today, so if you placed an order now, that would go thru.

On sample quantities for the ADC3669 IC. Its fully released so there should be no issue there.
