ADS7280: Output Latching

Part Number: ADS7280

Tool/software:

If I start the power quickly, then sometimes OUTPUT is latched to Vref or 0 volt. Also I noticed if I leave it off for few seconds, say 15 seconds, then the device works fine. 

I tried software reset by writing 0b111011111111110.. but the device always showing 0 volt even after switching off and restarting again on 15 seconds. I also tried to write 0b1111 1111   to set to default,, but still same situation. 

Please suggest.

    Looks like issue is solved. As per advice on past thread, I did software reset two times and then set default CFG. Device is working fine now. Anyway will keep testing the device, let know if any issue comes.
