This is probably a dumb question so you'll have to pardon my ignorance.

I'm working on a design and I'd like to evaluate the ADC3569.

I wanted to verify; is the TSWDC155EVM the proper card for interfacing with the ADC3669EVM?

On the product page for the ADC3669EVM, it is recommended that the TSW1418EVM is used.

However, I noticed that, that card is obsolete. So is my assumption correct about using the TSWDC155EVM?

Hi Joe,

Correct, we are in the middle of transitioning and the webpages need updating as well.

The TSWDC155EVM is the correct data capture board for evaluating the ADC3669.

Rob,

I noticed that the TSWDC155EVM is not supported by a GUI. Does this mean that firmware for the FPGA will need to be developed in order to get data out?

Hi Joe,

No that is not the case, once you have the TSW and ADC EVMs we will provide a package that has all the necessary information in order to capture data appropriately and evaluate the ADC.

We are inbetween data capture solutions, so thank you for being patient with us.

That is great news! Just to make sure I understand you, once I've both the TSW and the ADC EVM, I will not need to develop firmware or have Xilinx development software. And I will be provided document/resources for data acquisition?

Hi Joe, yes, that is correct, we have a complete SW and FW package with user guide on how to set this up so you can move forward.
