Please clarify about ADS1298, the device runs at 1000 sps(8 channels) and is chosen at low resolution. what would be the data rate in kbps?

Welcome to the forum! The ADS1298 running at 1000sps means you will see the DRDY impulse once every microsecond. The output from the ADS1298 would be eight 24-bit data words plus one 24-bit status word. So what you have then is 216 bits of data that you need to get out of the ADS1298 in less than one microsecond (216kbps).
