DAC43508: DAC43508:

Part Number: DAC43508
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE11612-SEP, DAC121S101-SEP

Tool/software:

Do you have any information on the radiation performance of the octal DAC: PN DAC43508?

I am looking for a rad hard (or tolerant) low power multiple DAC that can be used in commercial space.

  • Hi Stephen,

This device has not be radiation tested or qualified.  Currently, you could consider the DAC121S101-SP, the DAC121S101-SEP, or the high-channel count DAC+ADC, AFE11612-SEP.

All three have rad reports on TI.com.

    Thanks,

    Paul
