Hi Rayna,
There is no special power-up sequence between AVDD and DVDD on this ADC. The most important attention that should be taken by the customer is, all digital and analog inputs must be low before device power up. At the time of power up, keep all of these signals low until the power supplies have stabilized. Otherwise, it will violate the absolute maximum ratings of the ADC, lead to EOS event and affect the device reliability.
The section of Power-up timing in the ADS131E08 datasheet describes the relationship between the supplies, VCAP1 and /RESET.
