Can ADS1115-Q1 support AC input and input short/open diagnosis?

If not, do we have any other automotive ADC device can support that?

    Thanks for providing the requested info

    Can you clarify what is meant by "support AC input"? What types of signals specifically? The ADS1115 is a low speed delta-sigma ADC that is generally meant for low speed, DC signals

    And what do you mean by "input short / open diagnosis"? Do you mean if the ADC pins themselves get shorted together? Or is this related to the sensor at the ADC inputs becoming disconnected (or shorted)?
