In the DS1278MPAPTEP Reliability Report it mentions latchup - "per technology" with test reference EIA/JESD78.

Can you provide any further details about the latchup tolerance or a test report?

Hello Chris,

Normally, all test data is provided on the product folder. I will need to do some research to see if we have any additional details, but the ADC meets the JESD78 requirements. For details, you can go to the JEDEC website and download the document for further details.
